![]() Supermarket Mania – Match 3 mixes the elements of Time-Management, Strategy, and Simulation developed by G5 Entertainment. The game offers quite addictive gameplay, a well-written storyline, and beautiful graphics details. Goodgame Disco offers core features such as Customization, Disco, unlockable Achievement, Upgrades, and more. The player can interact with each customer and help to find his true love. It is an excellent game that offers a real-time disco environment to engage the player deep into the brilliant world. It introduces a customization option, using which the player can create his character to show off his music skills. Before start playing the game, the player has to decorate his disco using accessories and decorations and then manage a skilled staff to offer all the facilities to customers. At the start, the player has to choose the music tracks and play at parties to have fun with fans. The player takes on the role of a famous DJ who loves to play music at parties and concerts. ![]() The text is well written, it is sharp and witty and thought-provoking, but again, if clicking through dialogue trees to see what people have in their minds it's not up your alley, this game is not going to click for you.Goodgame Disco is a Management, Adventure, and Single-player Simulation developed and published by Goodgame Studios. And to express those ideas in the game, they do it through a lot of text. It's a game about understanding people, what moves them, how they think, how ideas form, how the world shapes them and how they shape the world how they are broken, and how they still keep going. ![]() It's a bittersweet tale about humanity in a special flavour that seems inextricably linked to the old soviet republic origins of the game. That being said, it's a game that explores human psychology, politics, and it's both genuinely funny and heartfelt. You have movement mechanics, dialogue trees, and character customization through skillpoints and equipment. It's a text heavy game, with great focus on narrative, no action, no tactics, no strategy, minimal resource management, no platforming, no combat, no racing. The skill checks are determined by die rolls + your character bonus + your equipment bonus. You have skillpoints to assign and skill challenges to confront, which your character will be better or worse fitted to succeed at depending on how you choose to build him. That whole thing would appear in a text box to one side of the screen while talking to an NPC, but only the parts in quotes would actually be voice acted. He looks at you with a mixture of disdain and confusion. ![]() Most of the reading is voiced, though it does do one annoying thing where, when you're talking to someone, you get a paragraph of prose text, but only the parts that are actually spoken are voiced. So yes, not much action and quit a bit of reading. Anything of consequence is handled via "skill checks" (that even roll dice like a pen and paper RPG.) If there's actual combat in the game, I didn't get far enough to see it, but I fully expect it would be turn-based if it happens at all. The game is more like a point and click in terms of gameplay. ![]() I fully intend to go back and try again later though.Īs for action vs reading, you are correct. There's no small amount of puking at the beginning of the game, for instance, and I was just getting over an illness myself, so I was more than acquainted with how disgusting that pukey feeling is. I love games that pull you in and make you feel the world the way the main character does, and this game does that very well, but I wasn't in a good frame of mind when I tried to play it. Really makes you see the world through his pathetic, desperate eyes. The game does a very good job of building the atmosphere and theme around that character. The main character is a burnt out cop dealing with depression and drug addition. Not because it's a bad game - it's very good - but rather because it was too depressing for me to continue. I started playing this game and had to stop. ![]()
